On the positive side, the location of the hotel is great, surrounded by many restaurants near an old canal. The room was clean and well-prepared, and the hosts were friendly. Additionally, the balcony provided a nice space to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The breakfast included English muffins and coffee, and there were a fridge and microwave available for use.

The customer service at this lodging was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. The owner seemed to be doing us a favor rather than valuing us as customers.
